Pastel a L’Huile Ocre jaune

Sennelier oil pastel is a product that uses the components used in all Sennelier colors: first quality pigments, a very pure synthetic binder and mineral wax. The pigments are ground with an inert, non-drying binder which does not oxidize and therefore will have no effect on the holding of the film or on the supports. This base is then mixed with wax (neutral pH). The balance of this mixture gives the oil pastel Sennelier a particular creaminess, a creamy texture allowing great freedom in pictorial expression.

Sennelier oil pastels have an exceptional pigment concentration which gives them a great coloring power, covering, a great vivacity of tones and a very good light resistance (except for metallic and fluorescent shades).
