We aim to make shopping with us – whether in store or online – as easy and pleasant as possible. Accordingly we try and keep the small print to a minimum!
A small note on colours – the ONLY way to get an accurate idea of what a colour looks like is in store by looking at our hand made colour charts, featuring examples of the colours themselves. Printed colour charts are less accurate, web charts less so again. So please bear that in mind when browsing!
Suitability for use
While we take every care that the products we sell are suitable for use conditions of use are outside of our control. It is up to the customer to satisfy themselves as to the product’s suitability

In order to complete a transaction on our website it is necessary to agree to our Terms & Conditions (via a check box) prior to completing a transaction.
Universal Art Supplies Cancellation and Returns Policy:
At Universal Art Supplies we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return goods to us. To make the returns process as easy as possible, we have set out the following guidelines for orders placed online:
1. Returns Conditions
The product must be in its original condition and include all original packaging materials and labels. The returns must include information stating the customer order number as proof of purchase. We cannot accept the return of used or damaged goods. Please wrap goods for return carefully so as to avoid damage. Note colour tubes must be handled carefully – if crushed at all they are unsaleable and as such damaged. This also applies to paper. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
2. Returns Period
Full refunds can be made up to 14 days from receipt of your order. Store credit will be issued from 15 days up to 28 days from receipt of order. There is no refund on clearance items.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of Universal Art Supplies receiving the order. If goods have already been dispatched then the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Cancellations will only be processed and monies refunded once the goods are returned and in perfect condition. It is advised that you call us as soon as possible on +353 1 475 1749 and let us know you wish to cancel your order.
5. Consumer Contract Policy
Your contract with Universal Art Supplies commences when Universal Art Supplies have sent you your items.
Shipping is by An Post or Couriers. They require the following details to be displayed on the packet:
Delivery Name and Address (including Eir Code
Contact Ph Number.
7. Click and Collect
Turn around time is usually within 2-3hrs however, this may vary depending on the number of orders there are to process.
Collection is currently anytime Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 10:00-17:00
