Description
Final varnishes with UV-protector especially for paintings in acrylic; also suitable for inkjet prints, art prints and photos. According to the product: glossy (50580), neutral/satin-matt (50582) or matt (50584). Colourless; elastic; non-yellowing; age-resistant; fast drying
- Shake well before use.
- Spray at room temperature by moving the can from one side to the other and from top to bottom and holding the can at a distance of 30 – 40 cm from the vertically positioned or slightly inclined and completely dry object. (Make the change in spray direction away from the picture!)
- May only be applied to the layer of acrylic paint after it has dried completely. This can normally be done after 72 hours with thinly applied acrylic colours; for those applied with a more paste-like consistency, it is better to wait one or two weeks before applying varnish.
- The dried varnish layer remains soluble in turpentine substitute 50019 or varnish remover 50060 over a long period.
- The varnish coats normally used in practice give no special UV protection to the paints used! For this reason, we recommend that you use high-quality and lightfast oil paints from the outset as far as possible.
- The product is also suitable for inkjet-prints, art prints or photos.
- Any clogged-up spray heads are best cleaned using acetone.
- Store in a cool and dry place.
- Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F).
- Individual pre-tests are required.
